CNN Money has bestowed the city of Dunedin with another accolade, deeming it one of the six best places to retire.

Mayor Hackworth remarked on this in Tuesday’s St. Petersburg Times:

“We couldn’t be happier. I always tell people that Dunedin is a really cool place, and people are starting to figure it out,”

Chalk this up as another civic accolade for a city that is getting noticed for the walkability of downtown and its green designation among other things. These achievements have all been reached under Mayor Hackworth’s stewardship.
